A combination of a private residence, an art workshop and a gallery combined in one house. Setting up a frame giving the workshop and gallery the best light conditions is the first move. Secondly the residence works its way trough the space, grabbing the outer walls to form the residence windows towards the street. In this way the “knot” creates both the villa, different gallery spaces, and on top the art workshop.
